What do I actually get for ₹499?
One website, and you pick what kind — a single landing page for your ads, a proper business site, or a full online store with cart and checkout. Same price either way. If you start with a landing page and later want a store, we rebuild it. No upgrade fee. And your first 7 days are just ₹20 — the full plan, nothing held back.
Will it look generic, like a template?
There are no templates. Every site is designed from scratch for your business, your words, your colours — and you see it before it goes live. If it isn't right, we rebuild it — free, as many times as it takes.
Who actually owns the website?
You do. You register the domain in your own name — we never own it, and the site is yours. Want a portable copy to host anywhere? A one-time ₹1,999 export gives you the whole site as plain HTML — yours to keep, even if you leave.
Where does the money from my store go?
Straight to you. You connect your own Razorpay, PhonePe, Cashfree or PayU account. Payouts land in your bank on your gateway's normal schedule. Your money never passes through us.
When am I charged ₹499?
Never during your 7-day ₹20 trial. The first ₹499 goes on day 7 — and your bank sends you a notification before the charge. That's an RBI/NPCI rule, not a favour. Cancel before day 7 and you never pay more than ₹20.
Why does the ₹20 payment ask for UPI Autopay?
Because after the trial the plan is ₹499/month, and Autopay is how it renews. Your bank notifies you before every charge, and you can switch the mandate off any time from your own UPI app — GPay, PhonePe, Paytm — or simply cancel from your dashboard.
How do I cancel?
Email us and it's done — no phone call, no retention script. That promise is written into our Terms. You can also stop the UPI mandate yourself from your UPI app, any time.
Do I need to buy a domain? What does it cost?
A .in or .com costs about ₹700–1,000 a year, paid straight to the registrar so it is always yours — we guide you through it. During the trial your site runs on a free link; connect your own domain when you move to the full plan.
