Refunds & cancellation.

Short version: cancel whenever you like, in one email, and take your website with you. The longer version is below, and there is nothing hidden in it.
1. Cancelling
- Email support@30minutes.io from the address on your account. That is the whole process.
- No phone call. No exit survey. No retention script. We will not make you ask three times.
- Your site stays online until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Download your site before or after — it makes no difference. The button is in your account and it works whether you are a customer or not. Plain HTML, hosts anywhere.
- Your domain is registered in your name. It stays yours, and you can point it somewhere else in ten minutes. We could not hold it hostage even if we wanted to.
2. Refunds on the ₹999 plan

| We never delivered a site you approved | Full refund. If the thing you paid for does not exist, keeping your money is theft with extra steps. |
| Within 7 days of your first payment, for any reason | Full refund, and you keep the site files. Building it cost us a few rupees. Arguing with you would cost more. |
| You cancel mid-month | No refund for the part-month, and your site stays live until the period ends. You paid for the month; you get the month. |
| We had an outage or broke your site | Tell us. We will refund that month if it was our fault and we could not put it right. |
| You changed your mind after months of use | No refund for past months — but cancel, and you still keep the files. |
3. Refunds on the ₹1,999 custom plan
This one is different, and we would rather say so before you pay than after.
- The build fee is refundable until we start building — that is, until someone has spent hours on it. Once we have, those hours exist and cannot be un-spent.
- You see a written scope and a price before anything begins. Nothing is built, and nothing is charged, until you have said yes to both.
- The monthly fee works exactly like the website plan: cancel any time, no refund for a part-month.
4. How long a refund takes
- We approve or explain within 3 working days.
- Once approved, it goes back the way it came, and banks typically take 5–7 working days after that. That part is not ours to speed up.
- Refunds include the GST you paid.
5. If a payment fails
Your site stays online. We retry over the following days and email you. We do not take a business offline over an expired card.
6. If you disagree with us
Email support@30minutes.io before raising a chargeback. A chargeback costs us a fee and costs you weeks. Almost everything is a misunderstanding that one email fixes.
