30minutes.io is operated by 30minutes.io, Pune, Maharashtra, India.

These terms are the agreement between you and us. Please read them — they are written to be read, not to be scrolled past.

1. Who you are contracting with

30minutes.io, operated by 30minutes.io, at 202, Symphonia Building, Sahney Sujan Park, Lullanagar, Pune, Maharashtra 411040, India.

2. What we do

You describe your business. We generate a website for it, show it to you, and — only once you approve it — publish it to your domain.

Nothing goes live until you approve it. This is not a policy we intend to follow; it is enforced in our code. A version you have not approved cannot be published.
₹999 per month buys one website of any kind — a landing page, a business site, or a store. One subscription, one site.
Custom apps and SaaS are included in the same plan. There is no higher tier: a booking system, a dashboard or a small application is the same ₹999 per month as a website.
₹20 buys a 7-day trial, then ₹999 per month. The ₹20 is taken when you authorise the mandate. Your trial runs for 7 days from that moment, and on the 7th day the first ₹999 is collected automatically under your UPI Autopay mandate, with the pre-debit notification your bank and NPCI require. It repeats monthly from then on. Cancel at any point before that date and nothing further is charged.
Custom apps are outside the ₹20 trial. If you choose one while your trial is running, the trial ends immediately and the full ₹999 for the current month becomes payable at once. Where you have already authorised UPI Autopay, it is collected automatically under that mandate, with the pre-debit notification your bank and NPCI require; where you have not, you are asked to authorise the payment before the work begins. Nothing is built until it clears.
A portable copy of your site is ₹1,999, once. It is optional — your live site, your domain and your monthly plan are unaffected whether or not you buy it.
Prices include GST at 18%.

3. Your content stays yours

You own your website. The words, the images you supply, and the generated code are yours. We claim no ownership of them.
You can take it and leave, at any time. A one-time ₹1,999 export gives you your whole site as plain HTML that works anywhere, yours to keep for good — including after you cancel. You do not have to ask us, and we do not slow it down.
You register and own your domain. We never register it for you and never hold it. If we vanish tomorrow, you point it somewhere else and carry on.
You grant us permission to store and process your content only so far as we need to in order to build, host and show your site to you.

4. What you are responsible for

That what you tell us is true. We generate your site from your answers. If you tell us you have 500 customers, we write that; if it is not true, that is your statement to your customers, not ours.
Reviews, ratings, guarantees and numbers on your site. Our generator does not invent them — it leaves them blank for you to fill in. Anything you put there is a claim you are making, and Indian consumer law holds you to it.
Your own payment and shipping accounts. If your site takes payments, they are your merchant accounts and your keys. Money from your site goes to your bank. It never passes through us, and we are not a party to your customers' transactions.
Not using the service for anything unlawful, or to impersonate anyone.

5. Changes to your site

Rewriting your own words is free and unlimited, forever. There is an editor in your account. It costs you nothing and it costs us nothing.
Redesigns are unlimited and free on the Website Plan. A redesign is a batch of changes sent together, so ten changes in one request is one redesign, and one redesign at a time is in progress so a person can read each one properly. We never charge for redoing something we got wrong. Every change goes to a preview first, and your live site does not change until you publish it. The full detail is in our fair use policy.
We cannot turn one kind of site into another. A landing page cannot become a store or a multi-page SaaS product, and it does not work the other way either — that is a new build, not a revision. See the fair use policy for why.

6. Billing

Monthly, in advance, via our payment gateway. Prices include GST.
If a payment fails, your site stays online. We retry over the following days and email you. We do not take a business offline over a card problem.
You can cancel at any time by emailing support@30minutes.io. No phone call, no retention script.

7. What we do not promise

We are a small business, and we would rather tell you the truth than print a number we cannot honour.

We do not offer an uptime guarantee. We host on infrastructure we do not own. We will work to keep your site up and tell you honestly when it is not.
We do not promise your site will rank, convert, or make you money. Anyone who promises you that is guessing.
We do not promise the AI will be right first time. That is what the preview and your unlimited free redesigns are for — and if we got it wrong, putting it right never uses one of them.
The service is provided as-is. To the extent Indian law permits, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. When we would suspend an account

For unlawful content, for content that impersonates someone, or for non-payment after our retries and emails have run out. We will tell you why, and you can still download your site.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change anything that materially affects you, we will email you before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page is the version you are reading.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction. Before that, please email support@30minutes.io — most things are a misunderstanding and we would rather fix it than argue about it.
