Fair use policy.

Short version: redesigns are unlimited and free. Ask as often as you want to. Rewriting your own words is instant and free too. The one thing we cannot do is turn one kind of site into another kind of site — that is a new build, not a revision.
This page explains what we ask of you in return, which is not much, and the one real limit, with the reason. Nothing here is a trap.
1. Why we can say unlimited and mean it
₹999 a month is a genuinely low price for a website that is built, hosted, edited and supported. It works because generating a site is cheap for us — a few rupees of AI time — and because most people ask for a handful of changes and then get on with running their business.
We used to include five redesign rounds and charge for the sixth, and at the time that was honest: a redesign generated a fresh set of photographs every time, and the photographs were almost the entire cost. They are not regenerated any more. Unless you actually ask for a different picture, a redesign keeps the ones you already approved — which is what you wanted anyway — and what is left costs us a fraction of a rupee.
So the cap stopped earning its keep, and we removed it. There is no catch and no small print: ask for as many redesigns as you like.
The only thing we would ask is that you batch them. A redesign is read and approved by a real person on our team, so ten changes described together get you a better result — and a faster one — than ten separate requests pulling the page in ten directions.
2. What counts as one round
A round is a batch of changes sent together. Ten changes in one request is one round. Please do batch them — it is cheaper for you, faster for you, and the result is better, because our team can see the whole picture instead of pulling the page in ten directions one email at a time.
| What you do | Does it use a round? |
|---|---|
| Send five changes in one redesign request | One round. Batch as much as you like into it. |
| Send five changes as five separate requests | Five rounds. Same work for you, five times the cost for us — so please batch. |
| Edit your own words on the Edit page | No. Free and unlimited, forever. No AI runs, so it costs us nothing. |
| We got something wrong and have to redo it | No. Our mistake is not your round. Tell us and we will put the round back. |
| Something on your site breaks, or we break it | No. Fixing our own work is not a revision. It is just support. |
| We read your request and turn it down | No. If we say no, nothing ran and nothing is used. |
We still count your redesigns, and the number is shown to you on the redesign page — not because anything runs out, but because it is your record of what you have asked for.
3. There is nothing to pay, and nothing to use up
- No round is ever charged for. There is no sixth-round price, no top-up and no upgrade tier for redesigns. If a page anywhere on this site ever tells you otherwise, that page is out of date and this one is right.
- Nothing expires. Redesigns do not reset monthly and they do not run out with time, because there is no allowance to reset.
- One at a time. You can have one redesign in progress; when it comes back you can send another straight away. That is so a person can actually read each one, not a rationing device.
- We never charge for our own mistakes — that was true when there was a price, and it is still true now that there is not one.
4. We cannot change your site into a different kind of site
This is the one thing a revision genuinely cannot do, and it is worth being specific about.
A landing page cannot become a multi-page SaaS product. A business website cannot become an online store. It does not work in the other direction either. If you need a different kind of site, that is a new build.
There are three separate reasons, and all of them are real:
- They are different builds from the first question onwards. We asked you a different set of questions, generated a different structure, and wrote the whole thing around what you said you were making. That brief runs through everything.
- Redoing it costs what a new site costs. It is not an adjustment to something that exists — it is starting again. Charging one round for it would be pricing a rebuild as a tweak.
- You would get a worse site. This is the part people are surprised by. The AI ends up fighting the brief it was given — you get a landing page with a shop stapled to the side, rather than a store designed as a store. We do not want to hand you that, and you would not want to keep it.
There is also plumbing that regenerating a page cannot conjure up. A store has a cart, stock, orders, GST invoices and your own payment keys behind it. Those exist because the site was created as a store. New HTML does not create them.
So if your business has changed, start a new build. That is the honest route to a good result, and we would rather point you at it than take your money for a bad one. Email support@30minutes.io and we will walk you through it.
Everything inside your kind of site is fair game and always was: new sections, a different look, reordered pages, new photos, a completely different tone. Ask away.
5. What stays free, always
- Editing your own words. Every headline, paragraph, price and button label, as often as you like. It is instant and no AI runs.
- Hosting, your domain, SSL, and keeping your site online.
- Fixing anything we got wrong. Always, and without an argument.
- Downloading your site. The files are yours and you can take them whenever you want.
- Asking us a question. We are not going to bill you for a reply.
6. The bit about abuse
We do not have a long list of prohibited behaviours, because we have not needed one. The only thing this policy is really guarding against is a single account consuming so much that the price stops working for everyone else.
If your usage ever looks like that, we will email you and talk to you before we do anything. No sudden suspension, no silent throttling, no rate limit that appears without explanation. And whatever happens, your site stays online and your files stay downloadable.
7. Changes to this policy
If we change the included number or the price of a round, we will email you before it takes effect, and it will not apply retroactively to rounds you have already been promised. The date at the top of this page is the version you are reading.
Think this is unfair, or has caught you out in a way we did not intend? Email support@30minutes.io. We would genuinely rather hear it than have you quietly resent us. See also our Terms and Refunds & cancellation policy.
